Ingredients

• 1 package of 10 hot dogs
• 1.5 lbs ground beef
• 1 lbs bacon

Directions

• Season ground beef to taste. Bacon Fort recommends season salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
• Encapsulate each hot dog with a generous portion of ground beef. Be sure to completely seal all sides to prevent leakage.
• Wrap each dog with two slices of bacon. Secure bacon with toothpicks.
• Grill until bacon is crispy and beef is cooked to desired temperature.
